You don't need a referral to book, but a valid referral from your GP or ENT is required to claim a Medicare rebate. We can guide you on this when you call.
Not at all. A hearing assessment is completely non-invasive and comfortable. You'll wear headphones and respond to a series of tones and words.
Yes. With your consent, a full diagnostic report can be sent to your GP, ENT or other treating practitioner.
